We will not, under any circumstances, upload the Client’s files to external websites or distribute them to third parties unless specifically authorised to do so, in writing, by the Client. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is protected.
Copyright

All content delivered to us by the Client for the proofreading/editing/content writing/book design project is owned by the Client.

Following payment of our invoice, any content created by us as part of the proofreading/editing/writing/design process will become the copyright of the Client unless otherwise agreed.
Payment & Refund Policy

Payments can be made by cards or electronic transfer. CBE provides impeccable editorial services for clients. If for whatever reason, after the project is done, a refund is requested, 50% of the project’s cost will be returned within 3 – 5 business days of refund request. However, the decision to refund is at the sole discretion of CBE’s management.
